Your Questions Answered: Insights for Flawless LVP Installation

Do You Remove Existing Flooring?

Yes, we do all floor preparation including tear out or removing the existing materials and disposing of them. We then prepare the floor for floor installation up to manufactures specifications.

How long does a typical installation process take?

This will depend on the scope of the job and what product we are installing. For most residential jobs that are receiving new LVP or Carpet between 1000 to 1500 FT we would complete tear out and complete floor preparation one day and installation the next day. Tile will require a few days due to getting surface ready to install and other factors.

Do you offer warranties on your installations?

We have a lifetime guarantee on our Installation. Most flooring if the correct floor preparation is done have a warranty on materials. If there ever a problem, give us a call and we will come out and take a look.

Do You Provide Materials?

We can obtain any materials that you see online. We work with a number of flooring stores and warehouses that provide all types of materials such as carpet, tile, wood LVP including flooring accessories. We typically charge for materials before installation and charge for the labor after the job is complete. If you purchase materials yourself, we can pick up and deliver them to the job site.

Do You Move Furniture?

We can move large appliances and furniture but do not move personal Items. We will include that in our estimate.

How do I maintain my new LVP floor after installation?

Regular sweeping or vacuum and damp mop weekly are recommended for maintenance.
